How long will my project take to be completed?
It depends on the size of your project. We provide all clients with an estimated completion date.
How much will my project cost?
Again every project is different, so we can’t give you a ball park figure. If you would like to get a quote about the cost of a project click here to fill in the detailed form.
Do I pay upfront?
No we work on a basis where 50% of the project funds are paid upfront. The remaining 50% is paid upon completion.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you use website templates?
NO!! All websites are designed with a blank canvas. We do not permit the use of templates.
What is the process?
We undertake projects in a 4 part process.
- The Consultation
The fun part, we have an in depth discussion about your business goals, the purpose of a website and things that a website can do for you.
- The Design
This is where the creativity begins. We work with you, to bring your visions and ideas to life.
- The Coding
Once you’re happy with the design and so is the designer we move on to the coding stage. This is where the designs are turned into fully functional websites.
- Website testing & review
Before your new website is signed off as completed. It needs to be reviewed and tested. The whole website is tested to ensure there are no broken links, mistakes and the website is browser compatible.
What if I don’t like the website?
During the design stage, it is normal to produce a range of design drafts until you are happy. We’ll keep working on the site until you are happy with what has been produced.
Can I contact my designer?
Yes you will have a direct email address and some designers may also provide you with their mobile number. Some designers do prefer to contact you solely by email, but if you prefer a designer who will speak to you on the phone please do specify when filling out our form.

Are you calling during our office hours?
(Opening Times: Mon-Fri:9am-6:30pm, Saturday:9am-12:30pm and on Sunday the office is closed)

Yes one of the things we pride our company on is the support we give to our clients. We’re only a phone call away.
I love my current website but need to be able to edit to my content. Can you do this?
Yes, over here we call that a cms conversion. Where we take your existing website keeping the look & feel the same but allowing you to edit the content.
